Located on Peterson Lane, just north of Van Damme Beach, this charming home is two miles south of the Village of Mendocino. It looks out southward over Little River Bay to a small island and ocean bluffs beyond.

Step out your front door. Straight ahead, a trail meanders down to a secluded, almost private beach. Behind the house, park trails lead to cliffs overlooking the ocean.

Layout of Little River Cottage: The master bedroom, featuring a brass king-size bed and a magnificent ocean view, is the entire upper floor of this two-story Victorian. Below is a spacious living room with gas fireplace, a second bedroom with queen-size bed, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and the bathroom with shower. The interior decor is an eclectic blend of antique and contemporary furniture and art from Auberge Mendocino's private collection. The house is complete with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens
