as you like. It is a combination of Swedish
massage, deep tissue (which uses more pressure to
address the deeper muscle layers) and
acupressure (which is finger point pressure).

Tension Melting Hot Stone
With this treatment which lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes,
the therapist uses stones heated in water to massage the client.
The heat of the stones melts tension away. It is not a deep treatment,
but the relaxing effects of this treatment last long after the massage is over.

Herbal Facial Wrap and Body Treatment
This treatment lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The facial involves the application
of heated towels to the face and includes a cleanser, mask, toner and moisturizer.
This is followed by a massage which includes
the back, neck, arm, feet, face and scalp. It is NOT a full body massage

Acupressure Foot Treatment
This is a 15 minute add-on.
Hot aromatic towels are applied with relaxing pressure to your calves and feet
followed by an acupressure and massage foot treatment. This treatment may be added
on to any treatment selection with the exception of the Hot Stone Massage.

Prenatal Sidelying Massage
This treatment is for pregnant women or anyone who can't lie on their back
or stomach for long periods of time. The treatment involves
propping with pillows to allow a reclined sitting position and also lying on the side.
The combination allows for a full body treatment. Later stages of pregnancy can
easily be accommodated.
